As a Program Manager, you will oversee multiple projects and workstreams across various accounts, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. You’ll develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines; proactively surface risks; and provide clear, confident recommendations to move initiatives forward. This role requires both structure and adaptability: balancing competing priorities, navigating challenges with a positive attitude, and driving execution with speed and accuracy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects and accounts concurrently, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and with excellent results.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Anticipate challenges, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Apply relevant marketing experience with processes and tools, and adapt that knowledge quickly to new client environments.
  • Lead digital marketing activation projects (multi-channel campaigns, not events) from planning to execution.
  • Collaborate with Inverta’s Strategic and Technical Consultants, incorporating subject matter expertise when needed.
  • Build trusted client relationships that include room for constructive pushback and candid feedback.
  • Track and report on status, hours, and deliverables; facilitate client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
  • Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented mindset in the face of challenges or shifting client expectations.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong project and time management skills in fast-paced, multi-client environments.
  • Ability to listen deeply, distill client needs, and scope actionable solutions.
  • Confident in delivering recommendations grounded in hands-on experience, not just theory.
  • Fast learner — able to quickly absorb client contexts, tools, and processes.
  • Critical thinker who challenges the status quo and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bonus: experience with Intent platforms, Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs), or AI-enabled tools.

Professional Background

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing or relevant B2B marketing agencies.
  • 5+ years managing marketing projects end-to-end, meeting deadlines, and coordinating internal/external stakeholders.
  • 1+ years working with Marketing Automation Systems, CRM, or related MarTech tools.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.

Personal Attributes

  • Self-aware, collaborative, transparent, and open to feedback.
  • High initiative: self-driven, passionate, and focused.
  • Able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Builds high-trust, respectful relationships and provides healthy feedback proactively.
  • Invested in team success — enjoys helping and coaching others.
