Jen Horton brings over two decades of experience helping B2B organizations drive revenue growth through smart go-to-market strategy and modern marketing operations. She specializes in demand and account-based strategies, customer marketing, marketing automation, revenue operations, and cross-functional alignment that helps teams move faster with greater clarity and confidence.
Jen partners closely with marketing, sales, product and executive teams to simplify complexity, strengthen execution, and build systems that scale. She believes the most effective growth starts with customer-centric strategy paired with human leadership and tech-enabled execution.
Outside of work, Jen is a mother of three teenagers and can usually be found at the gym, the dog park, or seeing live music.
